The Cempasuchil - or Marigold - flower is one that holds deep, cultural significance. Especially to Indigenous people in Mexico who use this "flor the muerto" to honor their ancestors during the season of Los Muertos. It is believed that the beauty and sweet aroma of this flower attracts spirits to altars, allowing us to commune and share space with our loved ones who have passed on to the afterlife.
This design was created to reflect the beauty of the Cempasuchil, and allow the wear to feel the strength and guidance of their ancestors.
